Hello!

I am one of Ireland’s most renowned Occupational Therapists and an expert on neurodiversity, including authoring several papers on DCD/Dyspraxia. I became the first OT in Ireland to be awarded a PhD scholarship on the prestigious SPHeRE program (funded by the Health Research Board) where I was awarded my doctorate in Population Health and Health Services Research. I also hold postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Supervision and Occupational Performance Coaching.

I started my company, Radiance Consulting, to deliver Supervision and Coaching services to Health & Allied Health Professionals, and then went on to develop my highly transferable skills with a postgraduate diploma in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School.

My clinical experience, academic expertise, and a passion for helping others to lead, succeed and surpass expectations have given me an expert skillset that I’ve been using to deliver tangible value for my clients for many years.

I offer a bespoke service designed around the person or the organisation and their goals – delivered by an expert with her finger on the pulse of the latest evidence-based research concerning Neuroleadership Coaching, Workplace Wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity, Belonging & Inclusion (DEBI), particularly in the area of neuroinclusive practices in the workplace.
